Eight years ago, I was sitting in a corporate job I had worked hard to get and realising I was miserable. Not because the work was bad. Because I had climbed the wrong ladder.

So I started studying how careers actually worked. I repositioned myself entirely and within six months landed the role I had been chasing for three years.

My first coaching client was a friend who had been laid off. I walked her through the same process. She got an offer within seven weeks. When she called to tell me, she was crying. I thought: this is the work I am supposed to be doing.

By 2018, I had left my corporate career entirely to do the only thing that combined everything I cared about: strategy, psychology, and helping people get unstuck.
