Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of any coaching services, free resources, digital products, or content provided by Chie Rose Coaching ("I," "me," "my," or "the Service").
By booking a discovery call, enrolling in a coaching program, downloading a resource, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The free discovery call
The 30-minute discovery call is offered at no cost and with no obligation. Booking a call does not create any contractual commitment to purchase a coaching program.
Discovery calls are subject to availability and may be rescheduled if needed by either party
I reserve the right to decline to offer coaching services following a discovery call if I do not believe I am the right fit for your situation
No-shows without 24 hours notice may affect priority for rebooking
Coaching programs and payment
Coaching programs are paid services with the following general terms. Specific details for each program are confirmed in writing before you enroll.
Resume & LinkedIn Audit: Full payment upfront one-time, delivered within 48 hours
Career Transformation Program: Full payment or 3-month payment plan, 12 weeks, weekly sessions
Executive Personal Brand: Full payment or custom payment plan. Custom timeline, application required
Add-on sessions: Full payment upfront single sessions, as booked
Payment plans, where offered, are interest-free. If a scheduled payment fails, I will reach out to resolve it before pausing any coaching sessions. All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation and refund policy
Cancelling individual sessions
If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please give at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be counted as used, except in genuine emergencies, which are handled case by case.
Cancelling a program
If you wish to cancel an ongoing program:
Within 7 days of purchase, before your first session: full refund, no questions asked
After your first session has taken place: refunds are prorated based on sessions completed, minus a small administrative fee
The Resume & LinkedIn Audit: non-refundable once the review has been delivered, as the work has already been completed
In practice
I have built my practice on long-term relationships, not enforcing fine print. If something is not working for you, talk to me directly most situations get resolved with a conversation rather than a strict policy reading.
The results guarantee full terms
The Career Transformation Program and Executive Personal Brand program are backed by a results guarantee: if you do not achieve your stated primary goal after completing the program, I will continue coaching you at no additional cost until you do.
The guarantee does not apply to outcomes outside reasonable coaching influence, such as a specific company's hiring decision, market conditions, or circumstances unrelated to the coaching work itself. Extended coaching under this guarantee is provided at no additional charge but is not eligible for a cash refund.
Your responsibilities as a client
Coaching is a collaborative process. To get the most from our work together, and to remain eligible for the results guarantee, you agree to:
Show up to sessions on time and prepared
Be honest about your situation, even when it is uncomfortable
Complete agreed action items between sessions
Communicate openly if something is not working, rather than disengaging silently
Use the templates, scripts, and strategies provided as intended, adapted to your own voice and situation
No guarantee of specific outcomes
While I am confident in my coaching methodology and back the Career Transformation Program with a results guarantee around continued coaching, I cannot and do not promise specific external outcomes such as a particular job offer, a specific salary number, or a guaranteed promotion timeline.
Hiring decisions, promotion timing, and compensation offers are ultimately made by third parties, employers, hiring managers, organizations and depend on many factors outside any coach's control, including market conditions, company-specific circumstances, and individual employer decisions.
Intellectual property
All content on this website including articles, templates, frameworks, the formula and methodology names, book content, and coaching materials is the intellectual property of Chie Rose Coaching, protected by copyright law.
Free resources and templates are licensed for your personal use only
You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage any downloaded resource, template, or coaching material as your own
Sharing a link back to the original resource with friends or colleagues is welcome and appreciated
Quoting brief excerpts of articles with attribution and a link back is permitted
Free resources and the Career Journal
Free resources, templates, and The Career Journal newsletter are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. While every resource is built from real coaching experience, results from using free materials independently will naturally vary more than results from personalized 1:1 coaching, since they are not tailored to your specific situation.

Limitation of liability
Standard legal limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chie Rose Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, free resources, or coaching services including but not limited to loss of income, missed job opportunities, or career outcomes. My total liability for any claim related to paid services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Termination
Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time. If I determine that continuing to work together is not productive or appropriate for example, due to a breakdown in communication or repeated non-participation I reserve the right to end the engagement, with any applicable refund handled per the Cancellation and Refund Policy above.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through good-faith discussion first, and if necessary, through the courts of New York.
Changes to these terms
I may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in my services or for legal and operational reasons. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly via email before taking effect.
